Political Correctness, more accurately, Cultural Marxism, is setting the scene for the destruction of Christian and any non-Marxian culture. It is an attempt to reconcile Marxist theory with the failure of the workers at the outbreak of war in 1914, when, rather than rise against their capitalist oppressors, they donned national uniforms to kill each other . A group of Marxists concluded that the Christian capitalist culture held the workers in thrall and would have to be destroyed to allow classical economic Marxism, Communism, to take root. Cultural Marxism was created as the first step in the destruction of capitalist culture.. Italian Antonio Gramsci and Hungarian Georg Lukacs did much to shape this new cultural Marxism.
Lukacs with other Marxists founded the Institute of Social Research, later known as the Frankfurt School,to translate economic Marxism into cultural terms. Lukacs was considered the leading Marxist theorist since Karl Marx. He posed the question:'Who will free us from Western Civilization?'
Some Marxists blended Marxist theory with Freudian theory. Freud had written about repression and the Frankfurt School traced the 'repression' to capitalist 'authority'.
In Hungary in 1919 Georg Lukacs was Deputy Commissar for Culture in the Bolshevik Bela Kun regime. He instituted radical sex education in Hungarian schools. Children were instructed in free love, sexual intercourse, the archaic nature of middle-class family codes, the out-datedness of monogamy and the irrelevance of religion. Women were also called upon to rebel against the sexual mores of the time.
Religious opposition by the people to sex education convinced Lukacs that religion had to be destroyed before the revolution could be successful.
In 1933, the Frankfurt School moved to New York to escape the Nazis.
Gramsci advised a 'long march through the educational and cultural institutions to create a new Soviet man'.
Success came in the 1960s in American colleges and universities. The slogan 'Make love, not war' was coined by Herbert Marcuse, a prominent member of the Frankfurt School and author of 'Eros and Civilization' in 1955. The hippy movement had begun. The Marxist destruction of Western Civilization was on its way, and has been active in Britain ever since.
The term Political Correctness describes acceptance or denial of words or actions based not on what was said or done but on the cultural background of who said or did them. The idea stems from the 1950 book 'The Authoritarian Personality' by Theodor Adorno of the Frankfurt School. The book claims the presence in society of Christianity, capitalism, and the patriarchal-authoritarian family creates a character prone to racial prejudice and German fascism. The book became an operations manual for a campaign claiming Christianity, capitalism and the orthodox family must be eradicated to prevent another Holocaust occurring in America.
The campaign was so successful that we no longer have wives or husbands, but partners; even Christian ministers are reluctant to defend Christianity; Christian symbols are insulted and defaced; Bibles are removed from students' residences; Bibles are also offered up by a Government quango for desecration by religiously dissident gays; sex education is in place; same sex marriage and adoption is here and all of these, and more, were planned by the Frankfurt School.
Then there is the partnership of Marxism and Islam, which means that all that is 'religiously' wrong with Christianity is perfectly all right with Islam. The Frankfurt School's Critical Theory of linguistics explains: if a Christian says 'love', he means 'kill'. If an Islamist says 'kill', he means 'love'. And it has been reflected in the removal of 'offensive' Christian symbols and the acceptance by our police of the placards of 'love' shown by Muslims calling for beheading and domination. Christians have been arrested and jailed for breaching the peace while Islamists can breach the peace with impunity.
Christian words are no longer suitable for children. Whoever controls our words, our language, controls our thoughts. Words not only allow us to communicate...without them we are unable to think
Vineeta Gupta, the head of children’s dictionaries at Oxford University Press, said:
Nowadays, the environment has changed. We are also much more multicultural. People don’t go to Church as often as before. Our understanding of religion is within multiculturalism, which is why some words such as “Pentecost” or “Whitsun” would have been in 20 years ago but not now.”
It is illuminating to note how many words relating to Christianity have been disappeared from children's view.. Here are just a few:
Abbey, aisle, altar, bishop, chapel, christen, disciple, minister, monastery, monk, nun, nunnery, parish, pew, psalm, pulpit, saint, sin, devil, vicar, carol, cracker, holly, ivy, mistletoe.
In 2004 a Labour think tank released a report entitled “What is Religious Education For?” which recommended that children learn less about Jesus and the Ten Commandments and more about atheism:
“Pupils would be actively encouraged to question the religious beliefs they bring with them into the classroom”
But learning about atheism and questioning one’s heritage was confined only to Christianity:
“A heavy emphasis would be given to educating children about Islam”
As political correctness is a direct result of Cultural Marxism so multiculturalism is a direct result of political correctness. In America it resulted in 'affirmative action' that militated against whites and Christians. In the UK multiculturalism has served additionally to profile as racists anyone who would discuss immigration.
We are not winning the clash of 'civilizations'. Along with political correctness, Sharia law is now here. The certain eventual clash between Islam and Marxism leaves us with no chance of winning but with no choice except to fight on since to do otherwise is to accept slavery and stupidity as a way of life.

Andrew Lawson writes an interesting view of our social decline under the various forces and changes in society that have emerged over the last eighty years or so, but we must ask ourselves how much of this would have happened anyway.
Can the Frankfurt School be held directly to account for the Summer of Love, for example. The slogan "Make Love not War" was created as an internal rebellion by the young against what was seen as a futile war in Vietnam. I doubt if it had any stronger root than that.
But certainly there seems to be a driving force that slowly erodes and destroys values which have kept society in good order since the second world war. The family has been destroyed, 52% of all children are born to unmarried parents who make the expected bad job of bringing them up, so they join gangs to achieve a sense of belonging and to achieve rank status from their misdeeds.
Certainly, the word "family" no longer means what it did, and the institution of marriage has been made economically less attractive by successive governments.
Labour has a clear agenda of destroying any organisation or social grouping that would interfere with it's desire for direct control over the individual, and also seeks to destroy the independence of private wealth, and particularly of inherited wealth, so that the populace eventually becomes financially dependent on the state. Also the deliberate expansion of the public sector and the promotion of immigration creates a huge payroll and client vote. The intention is that the individual either works for the State or is dependent on, and therefore controlled by the State.
But how much of that is plain Labour dogma, quite unassisted by Frankfurt School or Marxist thinking? Interest rate is not at 0.5% to stimulate business, it is there to wipe out capital and inherited wealth. Art has been destroyed and the public taught to praise obscenity in its place, and that is definitely a Marxist ploy.
All in all, and interesting paper, but perhaps too many Marxists under the bed?

Just to add to my 'Dissertation', Cultural Marxism-Political Correctness-Multiculturalism:
This coming Christmas, Dundee will return to the use of the term 'Christmas Lights' instead of 'Winter Lights' to describe its Christmas festival decorations.
Dropping 'Christmas' was not a unique, or personal preference, but part of a continuing self-perpetuating programme, aimed at subverting the Christian element in our way of life. How else to explain the many similar, extensively reported incidents throughout the UK under cover of not wishing to give offence to a minority culture but, in effect, slighting and diminishing the majority culture?
The core tenet of democracy is to implement the will of the majority. The Golden Rule of civilized peoples requires that law-abiding minorities be tolerated. In our politically correct system the will of minorities is favoured by a programmed officialdom while the view of the majority is barely tolerated. The dogma of diversity and multiculturalism has replaced not only the democratic process but the basic laws of survival. Political correctness is the catalyst of treasonous change.
What is now known as political correctness is not the spontaneous independent thinking of millions of individual minds but the successful, subliminal, memetic spread of the decisions of German Marxists of the so-called Frankfurt School, in America, from the 1930s onwards, and whose politicak descendants are still working to undermine Western culture as a prerequisite for the establishment of Communism. Also as a sort of Last Chance Saloon insurance, there is the Marxists' support for Islam - if Marx fails again, all their chips are on Mohammed. Either way they hope to get their totalitarianism. We will be helping them if we fail to recognize the source, and the danger, of political correctness - neo-Marxism.
LWG already knows we have to fight the daily fires set ablaze by the stupidity and the mendacity of our political leaders. And such firefighting must continue. But we should also know that fighting such fires will not deal with the neo-Marxist and Islamic onslaughts. They will continue until we find an answer to political correctness and to the march of Islam. We can likely recover, as a culture, from the domestic and international financial disasters brought upon us by expert fools But surviving the neo-Marxist and Islamic onslaught is fundamental to our continuing freedom. And so far there seems to be nothing in place that can entice the popular imagination to reject either neo-Marxism or Islam - we are losing the battle.
In the circumstances, it does not behove us to support the erroneous view that sees Marxism as dead or Islam as just another religion , but to take note of the indisputable well-documented opposing evidence. We should not put ourselves in a similar position to those who supported Stalin during the Cold War and earned themselves the accolade, from Stalin himself, as 'useful idiots'. We have enough political idiots in power, we don't need any more.
By all means let us correct the current flaws (fires) in our financial and banking systems and let us consider all the other questions, pensions, transport, immigration, EU, human rights, climate change, et al, but correcting these will do nothing to prevent us being engulfed by the Marxist/Islamic tsunami.
We need to do more than fight fires, we need to expose neo-Marxism and Islam for the fundamental threats they are to our continuing freedom.
Andrew
