* Multi-Culturalism : The perverse notion that we can live in harmony with people with whom we have no cultural or social affinity. Something the promoters of Political Correctness will never understand, and how we are driven by that Political Correctness, to change our natural views and customs, to avoid offending these immigrants; who make no attempt to understand or accommodate us, their host nation. They do not learn our language, and live in a parallel society, as might be expected.

* Global Warming : A bandwagon. Scientific proof is unobtainable. No regard for known historical periods of temporary climate change. Don’t deny it though, or your career as a scientist is over.

* Overpopulation : Aid should be conditional on population control. The developed world should not be made to feel guilty for the plight of Africa.

* Windfarms : The only people who make money from these eyesores are the turbine makers and the landowners. They can only provide intermittent power. Nuclear is the answer.

* Energy : Britain has committed to producing 20% of energy needs from renewable means by 2020, but incredibly excluding nuclear power. So we build useless eyesore windfarms, as above, and the government uses Green initiatives as a means of stealth taxing. We produce only 2% of the world’s CO2 emissions, and if we stopped completely now, China alone would replace them in less than a year. Government has failed to secure energy supplies for the future, largely by ignoring nuclear power, and we now face vast price increases from increasingly unreliable overseas sources. EU environment regulations require us to prematurely close perfectly adequate coal powered stations, with no replacement generating capacity in place.
This is possibly the largest crisis that faces us, through a combination of Green Party eco-babble, EU strong arm measures, and the poison of environmental political correctness.
